How do I get my key?
After your payment clears, your license key is emailed to the address you entered at checkout. Usually within seconds.
How do I activate it?
Install the app on your supported Android device and enter the key on first launch. The key binds to that device automatically.
Can I use the key on more than one device?
No - a key binds to a single device (HWID) when activated. It is not transferable.
What happens when my subscription ends?
The app stops working when the license expires. You can renew by buying a new subscription from the store.
The game updated and now nothing works.
Check the status page. During DOWN or UPDATING we are adapting to the patch - please wait for it to return to ONLINE before using the app.
I lost my key email.
Use the order lookup page with the email + order ID from your receipt to have the key re-sent.
Do I need an account?
No. Guest checkout only. Your order ID + email is all you need to look up an order.
