1. Who we are

In short: we collect the minimum we need to sell you a licence, deliver it, keep it working, and understand how the site is used. We do not sell your data.

2. Information we collect

When you buy: your email address, the product and plan, the amount and currency, your order reference, the licence code issued, the payment reference, and order timestamps.

When you visit the site: a privacy-preserving identifier, the page you visited, the referring page, your browser type, an approximate location (country) derived from your connection, and any campaign tags in the link.

If you arrive through a reseller link, we keep records to attribute the sale.

3. Information we never collect

We never ask for, and do not store, your Game account or password. We do not store your full card number - card payments are handled entirely by our payment provider.

4. How we use your information

To process payment and deliver your key; to activate, validate, and support your licence; to handle refunds, chargebacks, and fraud prevention; to provide customer support; to measure site usage and improve the service; and to attribute sales to resellers where applicable.

We process personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia), to perform our contract with you and for our legitimate interests in support, security, fraud prevention, analytics, and attribution. We rely on your consent where the law requires it.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies: one remembers the currency you select, one records the reseller link you arrived through, and one is a session cookie needed for forms and security. Payment and video embeds may set their own cookies under their own policies.

6. Sharing with providers

We share the minimum necessary data with trusted providers who help us process payments, send email, host and secure the site, and provide support. These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data.

7. Retention

Visitor records are kept only for a limited period. Order and licence records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service, meet accounting and tax obligations, and handle disputes.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable steps to protect your data, including limiting and protecting administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Some providers are located outside Malaysia; where data is transferred internationally, we rely on their safeguards.
