Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Cronite app, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Who we are

The service is provided by Cronite Intelligence Global, Malaysia ("we", "us", "our"). For legal matters, contact [email protected]; for order and setup help, use [email protected] or our Telegram channel.

3. Definitions

"App" means the Cronite application and its updates. "Website" means cronite.dev and its pages. "Licence key" means the code we email you after payment. "Device" means the single Android device a key is bound to. "Game" means the game the App is used with.

4. Licence and device

When your payment is confirmed, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your plan period, on one Device only.

A licence key activates on and binds to a single device. Please do not share, transfer, resell, or publish your key. A key used on more than one device may be suspended.

We remain the owner of the App. You receive a licence to use it, not a sale of the App or any intellectual property in it.

5. Eligibility and responsible use

You must be at least 18 to buy the service. If you are younger, you may only use it with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms for you.

You are responsible for using the App lawfully and for complying with any rules that apply to the Game. You use the App at your own discretion.

6. Account bans and third-party risk

The App is a third-party tool and is not made, authorised, or endorsed by the Game's developer or publisher. We cannot guarantee that your Game account will not be restricted or banned.

Account actions that result from how the App is used, or from third-party tools used previously, are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund.

7. Acceptable use

Your use of the App is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. It prohibits, among other things, sharing or reselling keys, reverse engineering the App, and attempting to bypass its licensing or integrity checks.

8. Orders, pricing, and payment

Plans and prices are shown on the Website in the currency you select. Prices may change at any time, but never for orders already paid.

Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Each plan is a one-time payment for the stated period - there is no auto-renew and no recurring charge.

Your key is emailed to the address you provide once payment clears. Please keep your email address, order ID, and key safe.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Availability and updates

We work to keep the App running and to update it after Game patches, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Live status is shown on our status page.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. Support is provided through our Telegram channel and by email.

10. Intellectual property and trademarks

The App, the Website, and their content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Please do not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them except as expressly permitted.

Cronite Intelligence Global is an independent provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the publisher or developer of any game. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or revoke your licence if you breach these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the Refund Policy; if a payment is reversed or charged back; or if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.

You may stop using the App at any time. Your licence ends when your paid period expires.

12. Warranties and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and Website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be compatible with every device, Game version, or future update.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of Game account, data, profits, or goodwill, and our total liability is limited as far as the law allows. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the App or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Malaysia, without limiting any non-waivable rights you may have under local consumer law.
