1. Using the App

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on one device for your plan period. You do not own the App.

Please use it for your own personal, non-commercial use, in line with these rules. In particular, do not share, publish, sell, or transfer your licence key; do not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App; and do not attempt to bypass its licensing or security checks or use it with any product other than the Game.

2. Enforcement

Breaching this policy may result in suspension or revocation of your licence and may block you from future purchases. We may also pursue any other remedies available to us.

3. Ownership

The App and all related intellectual property remain our property or that of our licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. See our Terms of Service for the full disclaimer and limitation of liability.
