Refund Policy

1. Overview

The App is a digital product delivered instantly by email, so all sales are final except as set out in this policy. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Setup guarantee

If our team cannot get you set up and running within 24 hours of your first support request, you are entitled to a full refund of that order. To claim, message us on Telegram or email [email protected] with your order ID. The guarantee covers genuine access or setup failures that we cannot resolve.

3. What is not covered

The following are not refundable:

• Account bans or restrictions arising from how the App is used, from detection, or from third-party tools used previously.
• A change of mind after delivery, or a working key that you no longer wish to use.
• A breach of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, or use on a device the App does not support.

4. Chargebacks and disputes

If you have a problem, please contact us first - we can almost always resolve it faster than a dispute. Raising a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us will result in revocation of your licence.

5. Requesting and processing a refund

Contact us at [email protected] or [email protected] with your order ID and a short description of the problem. We may ask for details to verify the issue before approving a refund.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. We process them promptly, but the time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. When an order is refunded, the associated licence is revoked and the App stops working.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any right you may have under the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other law that cannot be waived by agreement.
